requesting edit/create page rights for wiki.centos.org/contribute
Hi Akemi, thank you so much for your help. So, the case sensitivity bit me again: my actual account name is all lower case: https://wiki.centos.org/tomastomecek (b/c that's also my FAS account name) I guess I can try creating an account with initials in caps or I'd need the perms for my lower case account. Don't have a preference. I just read my original email and realized that I

Incorrect link in /Contribute wiki page
Thanks Yagi-san! So I was originally wondering how to fix some issues (e.g. typo) in the wiki, and I ended up finding this mailing list. Should I report the issue in the mailing list, and wait for someone with proper privileges to fix it? Or am I allowed to edit it by myself? requesting edit/create page rights for wiki.centos.org/contribute
Thanks, Akemi. I still need the permissions though: "You are not allowed to edit this page.", the same holds for my personal page. I also cannot find precise documentation how to contribute to the wiki itself: I can see on this ML that git diffs of changes are being posted - should I open a PR to some repo or edit the wiki page directly? Proposed change to HowTos/Skype
In the section for CentOS-5, it would be nice if the following alternative method for running Skype on CentOS-5 were presented: You can download a statically linked version of Skype which will work in CentOS-5 from http://download.skype.com/linux/skype_static-2.1.047.tar.bz2 I think it's a little bit silly that the first recommendation for running skype on CentOS-5 is to install a new
