Re: W2k3 with more than one QXL video card
I use the video driver for optimal performance. You can download it here: http://www.spice-space.org/download.html
Maybe installing this driver on the guest will resolve your issues.

This is just a refactoring and doesn't change the meaning of the code.

Incorrect Video Card Recognization
First off, I'm a Linux newbie, so some things that should be basic knowledge might go over my head and I apologise for that in advance. I've already done a bit of digging on this, but I've hit a point where I just don't know how to figure it out any further.
I just put a new machine together with a GeForce GTX460 SE video card. I'm running 64-bit Linux Mint 10 and WINE 1.2.2,

I followed all the instructions in the AppDB, and I was able to install DCUO using the EXE downloaded from their site (http://launch.soe.com/installer/DCUO_setup.exe). I'm not using Steam. Another exception is that I'm using Adobe Flash 11 instead of 10. Launchpad comes up after a little wait. Before downloading the game components, it

Video projector vs. onboard video card
Hi,
I have a CentOS 7 desktop client installed on an old Dell Optiplex
computer with an Intel video card integrated into the motherboard. The
card has a single VGA connector, and the 19" monitor is connected to it.
I wonder how I could connect a video projector to this computer while
keeping the monitor, in a mirroring configuration, e. g. output is the
same on the video projector and the

Dual video card, 1 monitor each (ref dual head) CentoS4.6 xorg does only 1 head
I need to start running a dual head on one of my machines. Eventual
target is CentOS 5.x. Decided to test first on my 4.6 setup (eventually
it will achieve 5.x). Both machines are fully up to date.
The test machine is 4.6, 2 radeon video cards. Searched the web, CentOS
site, even bugzilla. This bugzilla entry from a 4.2 system),

had only a WFM response.

Video card for Xen
CAn some one recommend a relatively high speed video card that works
with Xen? I have an Nvidia 7300 which apparently does not from allI have
read on the internet and on the mail list. With the nv driver, it does
not support my monitor resolution (1680X1050). Allso needs to be pci
express compatible.
Also is the intel 950 or any graphics card based on it compatible?

Neverwinter Nights2 doesn't detect my video card
I use a Nvidia geforce gtx 260m on a fedora 14 and i just installed neverwinter nights 2. When i start the game i get a box in which it says:
Your video card has less than 128 MB of video memory. Performance may be less than optimal.
and that is crazy because i have 1gb of video memory. and then another box appears which says
Unable to detect a video card with hardware 3D acceleration.

W2k3 with more than one QXL video card
Hi,
Is that possible?
If I start in normal VGA mode I can see yellow ! next to the 2nd and 3rd
QXL card and Win complains about can't start (Code 10).
If I want to change the normal VGA resolution in a higher res (for example
800x600) I got black screen in virt-manager. I use SPICE protocol (for more
screens).
Any solution?

Intel i7-940, DX58S0 motherboard, Radeon X1950 Pro video card
This computer is my main desktop machine --- an Intel i7-940 CPU and DX58S0
motherboard with a Radeon X1950 Pro video card. It's currently running Fedora 11
and working just fine.
However, I have been slowly moving all of my "computer stuff" off of Fedora
and onto Centos, and this (and my Acer Aspire One laptop) are the only Fedora
installations that I now have left.
Does anyone

OmniMedia Sequence P1S PCI Video Capture Card
I was uncertain if the following is too commercial for the
FreeBSD-announce mailing list, but on the other hand, things
that promote the use and value of FreeBSD seem like a good thing
too. So if this is too commercial for the list you can let
me know at brian@mediacity.com.

PA-RISC (hppa) video cards init failure loading the device driver kernel module
Not sure about the radeon issue, but
"DRM: GPU lockup - switching to software fbcon"
basically means "the CPU isn't able to submit commands, or the GPU
isn't executing the commands". Basically the GPU can only have so many
commands outstanding [well, command buffers], and we hit that limit.
