Re: vnc client for libvirt from os x?
os x comes with openssh, and some other nixy goodness. the rest you can get at brew.sh. when i ssh -Y into the host, ill just virt-manager or virt-viewer, but the x server on os x comes with some baggage and silly annoyances like "helpfully" trapping the mouse with a release combo thats hard to deal with from os x. running a vnc client over os x would still come with baggage and

noVNC with qemu over ssh
Hi all, I have a little webserver interface for managing VMs running on a RHEL 6 based HA cluster hosting KVM/qemu VMs. I'd like to use noVNC to provide access to the hosted VMs, but I am not finding much information on how to do this (or rather, I can't find it in the large number of ovirt related posts). Has anyone done this or could someone point me in the right direction to docs

Changing the VNC Screen Size for XEN Guest - how to pick a resolution?
I have seen different screen-sizes for different types of guests (WinXP and Ubuntu). I''m not sure what is going on here, but WinXP available resolutions are defined tpically 4:3 ratios and the Ubuntu one has tiny 800x600. Unless I run a guest vncserver I can''t see how to specify the default vnc window size.  The reason I dont want to use a guest vncserver is I want localhost

VGA as vfio-pci and vnc server's blank/black display
hi, I'm having a Radeon as vfio-pci, which seems to work perfectly fine, but... Qemu's model type='vga' gets "exlaimed" in win2k8's Device Manager with: " Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) " Now, that does not bother me that much as all I need on regular basis is RDP but VNC connection gets me nowhere. I get

Re: VGA as vfio-pci and vnc server's blank/black display
in case I wasn't clear I'll only add that that "Standard VGA" in guest gets exclaimed ONLY when that second VGA is passed through. Otherwise it works and VNC display works too. Question about vnc connection password set to empty
Hello, everybody here I have a question about graphical buffers for rhel7. Thanks so much in advance who can give me some suggestions about that. When I try to do regression for bug859317(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=859317) on RHEL7, I found that guest could be connected success with virt-viewer when set/update the graphics passwd to empty. But according to comment 2 in this bug,

a VNC client suitable to monitor 15 desktops in 1 screen, automatic reconnect. Exists?
Hello, Is there a VNC client out there that can permit me to run it 15 times simultaneously and scale them smaller so that I can view 15 little remote screens (at the same time) in my one big monitor? Also, is there a way to make it so if the PC is rebooted the client automatically reconnects ? The goal of this is to have one big monitor to view in realtime what people are doing in their PCs.

Keyboard problems with VNC access
Hi, I am pretty new to libvirt, but have succeeded in setting up two VM's, Windows 10 and ClearOS (a Centos derivative) and they both have the same issue. I have installed both of them with a UK English keyboard, but the host machine is remote and in the US with a US locale. When I access either through VNC (I've tried TightVNC and VNC-Viewer), a number of my keys don't map
