How the libvirtd connect to qemud in source codes?
Hi, I meet a question when reading the libvirt source codes. Could you help me? Coz I plan to link libvirt to a Android Emulator based on QEMU, knowing how the libvirtd connect to qemud is important. I trace the code as following: libvirtd.c contains all the initilization of libvirt daemon, then calling function named qemuRegister to qemu_driver.c which contains three methods:int

Release of libvirt-0.9.2
As planned the new release is available at: ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/ It is a rather large release with near 400 commits included. From an user point of view the main improvement is likely to be when using migration as various work has been done to extend the protocol and to avoid having the migration command stop other concurrent operations (like virsh list). See below for a number of

inode deadlock: can't reclaim VLRU: suggestions please [was RE: k ernel deadlock]
For FreeBSD 4.7 I've discovered the cause of the deadlock, but I can't figure out how to fix it. See below for traces. If the vnode limit has been reached, the vnlru process is kicked and the requestor goes to sleep to wait for the vnlru process to signal that vnodes are available (10% of the vnodes need to be freed). Under our test, none of the nodes meet the criteria for freeing,
