A very good day to you all, We can't get the phones to pick up on an incoming call on analog trunks. We're using the digium products in the box, with snom phones internally. This is the output from the asterisk console: linux*CLI> zap show channels Chan Extension Context Language MusicOnHold pseudo pstn-incoming en default 1 pstn-incoming

SOLVED: SIP phones can't pick up incoming call on analog (PSTN) trunk - signalling problem?
Yo! I changed callprogress to no, and in wcfxo.c source around line 334 i changed the value 32000 and -32000 to 10000 and -10000 because it had something to do with the DC voltage when it was ringing. I found reference here (http://www.voipuser.org/forum_topic_1791.html) with an interesting diagram of wiring that was incorrect for sending voltage to a phone or something like that. So put it

using valid users and admin users together
Hi All, I'm using samba 2.0 on Solaris 5.5.1 with the smb.conf that is included. I want to allow a user called admin_auto to connect to some shares to scan them for viruses from an nt workstation. I don't want any other user to be able to use the shares, and I've made them not browseable. My problem is that anyone can connect to the share without a password and use it. They just

Samba and CNAME
You can remember this. If you join a server, that make sure that that servers "hostname" gets an A and PTR record. The PTR is most important. Now if you creat a CNAME now, through PTR it knows its "original" hostname And kerberos works, this is how i do all my setups. As example. REALM : INTERNAL.EXAMPLE.COM FQDN : test-dc1.internal.example.com Hostname: test-dc1 SPN

Samba and CNAME
Hello, we successfully migrated from a Samba 3.x NT Domain to a Samba AD Domain using Samba 4.7.x. However, there are still some issues and I hope for your help. The biggest problem so far follows: For historical reasons our Samba file servers carry a lot of aliases. Now that they have become AD Members I did set a lot of CNAMEs in the AD DNS (using the Windows DNS Tool). Most of the aliases

how to add an edgetext to a dendrogram?
Hello to all, I'd like to colour the different labels of my dendrogram. How can I do? I guess I could to using *edgetext* and then* t.col* or *lab.col* but I don't know how to add edgetext to my dendrogram. Can you help me please? Example: require(graphics); require(utils) hc <- hclust(dist(USArrests), "ave") plot(dend1) labels (USArrests) [[1]] # to know how many cities

Summary model with observations taken out and dummied back in - not working
I have a data set with 35 observations and 4 variables. I have removed 4 observations as they were skewing the data analysis but I want to dummy them back in, (not entirely sure on the reason, but have been told I should try). I have used this in order to do it, but I am not getting any statistical analysis with my dummy it's all NA. > dummy15=rep(0, times=n) > dummy15[15]=1 >

Winbind traffic not encrypted
A problem here getting winbind traffic to be encrypted using Kerberos. I have set up a test environment with a pair of servers (actually lxc containers): - samba server (ubuntu 16.04, stock samba 4.3.11) - client machine (ubuntu 16.04) joined with "net ads join" and winbind The client machine has the following in /etc/samba/smb.conf: ------- [global] #netbios name = client-ad
