Statistics-R module for Perl
Hello!
I interest of using Perl for application of biostatistcs with R. I find your
module on the cpan's site. But, I've a question:
Could I use it with Mac OS X? Because I have this error:
"Error: no suitable installation target found for package Statistics-R."
If it's not possible with this script, how can I modify it ?
Thanks a lot in advance!!!

unexpected result in glm (family=poisson) for data with an only zero response in one factor
Dear members,
here is my trouble: My data consists of counts of trapped insects in different attractive traps. I usually use GLMs with a poisson error distribution to find out the differences between my traitments (and to look at other factor effects). But for some dataset where one traitment contains only zeros, GLM with poisson family fail to find any difference between this particular traitment

Suggestion / Help regarding new calling convention
Dear Community,
To improve current interprocedural register allocation (IPRA) , we have
planned to set callee saved registers to none for local functions,
currently I am doing it in following way:
if (F->hasLocalLinkage() && !F->hasAddressTaken()) {
DEBUG(dbgs() << "Function has LocalLinkage \n");
F->setCallingConv(CallingConv::GHC);
}

About block device mapping for guests
I am a bit puzzled on how the block device mapping works for Xen
guests. Or particularily the fact on how the device shows on the guest
side. When configuring the domain, one can specify the device name the
partition should appear with inside the guest. And if that device does
not exist on the host side, xend complains. A workaround for this was
to specify the device with explicit minor and major

requires SMBv1.

bad home path from AD
Hello,
I followed your advice and therefore deactivated the sssd service and
therefore the ldap client.
The NFS and samba file services are still operational.
How to optimize idmap range values?

Need for advise for Correspondence Analysis
Dear R users,
I m quite a novice in using R for factor analysis and I would need some help to choose the right function.
I have a contingency table and I would like to perform a Correspondence analysis on this table, followed by a hirarchical clustering of my variables projected in on the first principal components.
Here are my question :
- what is the more appropriate function to do so ...
