Monitoring passthrough(SR-IOV) interfaces
Hi all, is it possible to monitor guest's interface's stat which uses SR-IOV virtual function? I don't know how qemu/libvirt implement monitoring, if functions like interfaceStats are implemented in the host, I think there's little chance to do this due to SR-IOV's nature, is it right? If i can't use libvirt to monitor SR-IOV interfaces, is there another way to do

xm->xl migration in Xen 4.2.2
Hi, One of the I noticed during migration from XM toolchain to XL in PCI Pass-through was that we used to specify target bdf in HVM guest as pci = [ ''0000:07:11.6=0@1a'' ] However with XL, it now seems like this is the correct syntax: pci = [ ''0000:07:11.6@1a'' ] Is that correct? I''ve verified that it works but what about zero in

Can't boot Syslinux from HD directly. Can indirectly?
I've installed Syslinux on a somewhat old system. The motherboard is based on an Intel 440GX chipset (specifically it's the Supermicro P6DGE if that means anything.) The harddrive has been split up into partitions of one hidden FAT16 (marked as active) to which syslinux is installed (hda1), one normal FAT32 which has windows and dos (hda2.) It also has an extended partition containing

Cannot boot libvirt guests with OVMF. Raw qemu-kvm works as expected
Using: edk2.git-0-20150803.b1141.ga0973dc.x86_64 edk2.git-ovmf-x64-0-20150802.b1139.gb234418.noarch On Fedora 22. Provisioning a i440FX system in virt-manager and attempting to boot results in successful EFI initialization, but the VM exits ungracefully after the bootloader (with F22 and CentOS 7 installer images). There's no really useful information in any of the logs. Using qemu-kvm

Re: SYSLINUX Digest, Vol 29, Issue 2
Sure, I don't mind testing it out on there for you, but, where do I find the pre releases to try then? At least we know it's between 2.13 and 3.00. That narrows it a bit I would think. Mind you, if it jumps up a major revision number, I guess that means a lot of changes went in. On 8/2/05, syslinux-request at zytor.com <syslinux-request at zytor.com> wrote: > Send SYSLINUX

Can't get PCI card visible in guest
I've got a Digium PCI telephone card that I'm trying to use with an AsteriskNow guest, on a CentOS 5.2 host. I've tried setting up the pciback stuff, and think I've done it right, but the card does not show up in the guest. I'm obviously missing something, so any help (including ways to debug this!) would be greatly appreciated. Here's some more info: The guest is
