libvirt-ocaml is used only by virt-v2v, so move it to this repository, instead of having it around in the common submodule. The removal from common will happen later. Looks like libguestfs build is broken, or not documented properly. I rethought this again, as I think that it's a dangerous assumption to bake qemu-img measure output into our API. This patch series runs qemu-img measure behind the scenes, but then parses the output and sums it to a single number which we print.
