Still not quite got my head around what you are expecting to see. Presumably folders for other dates in September. Depending on how and why those folders were created they may not exist. I do note that you used an ls to show the folders, and I'm assuming from the config below you are using Maildir, so try an ls -a to show the hidden folders too (those starting with a .). I've sent a patch to libvirt that should fix our problem with 'raw' driver that is mentioned in [1]. The libvirt patch is here [2]. However, to realy fix things, there is at least one thing we have to change on our side. We have to be explicit about the driver in the JSON we generate.
