This implements most of RHBZ#1367738. I didn't bother with virt-v2v-copy-to-local and virt-win-reg, but all the other tools now have full bash completion. Rich.

The virt-v2v-copy-to-local completion script definitely does not need to register completions for libguestfs-test-tool, and virt-win-reg, as they are libguestfs tools.
