This adds a new tool which does a follow operation (ie. tail -f) on one or more log/text files inside the guest. I've only done limited testing, but it works for me for tailing various long-running builds inside guests which I'm doing at the moment. There are no tests at present. Rich.

The contents are the wip.testme branch currently on salsa. I combined the wip.initscript and wip.oxenstored into this and added more things today. I think this is pretty gtg and it's smoke tested (in several cases by scping files around instead of doing package build), so it needs a final extra review and test round before putting it in master branch (which I don't want to force push). Some of the C tools were building also config.c as part of the shared sources from guestfish, and thus bringing a dependency on libconfig.
