[PATCH v3 2/2] v2v: ilnux: detect name of grub2-mkconfig
On Debian family of OSes Grub2 tools are prefixed with 'grub-', not with
'grub2-'. We have to detect the correct name of the tool to use it.

[PATCH] v2v: fix UEFI bootloader for linux guests
Not all UEFI guests can survive conversion, because of lost bootloader
information in UEFI NVRAM. But some guest can cope with this because they
have a fallback bootloader and use UEFI Removable Media Boot Behavior.
(see https://uefi.org/sites/default/files/resources/UEFI_Spec_2_8_A_Feb14.pdf
3.5.1.1 Removable Media Boot Behavior) to load. If UEFI firmware can't find
a bootloader in its

[PATCH v2] v2v: factor out bootloader handling
Create an object hierarchy to represent different bootloaders for Linux
guests, moving the separate handling of grub1 and grub2 in different
classes: this isolates the code for each type of bootloader together,
instead of scattering it all around.
This is mostly code refactoring, with no actual behaviour change.

[PATCH v3] v2v: bootloaders: search grub config for all distributions
From: Pavel Butsykin <pbutsykin@virtuozzo.com>
This patch improves the search of grub config on EFI partition. This
means that the config will be found not only for rhel but also for
many other distributions. Tests were performed on the following
distributions: centos, fedora, ubuntu, suse. In all cases, the config
path was /boot/efi/EFI/*distname*/grub.cfg
The main purpose of the patch

[PATCH] v2v: factor out bootloader handling
Create an object hierarchy to represent different bootloaders for Linux
guests, moving the separate handling of grub1 and grub2 in different
classes. This will allow us to support more bootloaders in the future.
This is mostly code refactoring, with no actual behaviour change.

[PATCH 0/8] v2v: first bits of Debian/Ubuntu guests supports
Hi,
this series implements the first bits in v2v to convert Debian/Ubuntu
(and derived) guests. The series does not complete the support (see
known issues below), but all the patches here should be fit for review
and inclusion. The series does not enable the conversion, yet.
Known issues:
* there is no grubby nor Bootloader::Tools Perl module available in
Debian, so there is no way to know

[PATCH v2] v2v: linux: accept 'sr' devices in fstab
From: Tomáš Golembiovský <tgolembi@redhat.com>
Do not print warning for 'sr' devices when converting fstab. Not all
systems create the /dev/cdrom symlink for SCSI CD-ROM devices. Moreover,
on systems with multiple CD-ROMs, having entries for /dev/sr* devices
may be inevitable.
RWMJ: Use String.is_prefix instead of String.find, to more accurately
match on the device name.

[PATCH] v2v: Use unitless methods for methods which don't change the internal state.
Methods in OCaml which don't take any parameters don't require the
dummy unit arg, ie writing:
method foo = ...
is fine. The reason you might need the unit arg is if you need to
create a closure from the method without calling it, for example if
you need to use the method in a callback.
In lablgtk2 the convention is to use unitless methods if either: the
method shouldn't be used
