[PATCH v2] drives: force format=raw for /dev/null dummy drives
When creating the dummy scratch disk for a /dev/null drive, force its
format as raw if it was not specified already. After all, raw was
already the only format allowed for this kind of drives, so it makes
sense to specify the format explicitly and avoid the autodetection in
qemu.

[PATCH] Rename mdadm_ apis to md_
This change renames the following 2 apis:
* mdadm_create -> md_create
* mdadm_detail -> md_detail
This is more consistent with list_md_devices, and removes a reference to an
implementation detail from the api.

[PATCH] daemon: lvm: Ignore LVs with the activationskip flag set (RHBZ#1306666).
When listing logical volumes, ignore the ones which don't get
activated automatically. No /dev/VG/LV device node is created for
these ones which confuses APIs that attempt to do 'guestfs_lvs'
followed by opening the device node. Note that 'guestfs_lvs_full' is
unaffected by this change.

[PATCH] inspect: avoid returning "unknownX.Y" for unknown Linux distros
If it is not possible to detect the distribution of a Linux OS, do not
propose "unknownX.Y" (where X is the major version number, and Y the
minor) as short osinfo ID. Just return "unknown" instead.

RFC: Handle query strings for http and https (RHBZ#1092583)
Parse the query string from URLs, and pass it as new add_drive optarg;
use it when building the file= URL for qemu.
Accept query string only for http and https protocols, for now.
---
Possibly it looks like an ad-hoc solution for http(s), although I'm not
sure how it could possibly be generalized somehow (maybe "extra params"
which would be the query string for http(s)?).

[PATCH 6/6] lib: Use guestfs_int_make_temp_path in a few more places.
There were various places in the library where we open coded making

[PATCH v2 3/4] inspector: Use libxml writer macros.
Change virt-inspector so it uses the common set of macros. I also
added:
- single_element():
creates <foo>bar</foo> which is used extensively by virt-inspector
- base64():
used by virt-inspector for the icon

[PATCH 00/10] New API: disk-create for creating blank disks.
A lot of code runs 'qemu-img create' or 'truncate' to create blank
disk images.
In the past I resisted adding an API to do this, since it essentially
duplicates what you can already do using other tools (ie. qemu-img).
However this does simplify calling code quite a lot since qemu-img is
somewhat error-prone to use (eg: don't try to create a disk called
"foo:bar")

[PATCH 1/3] lib: guestfs_disk_create: Allow vmdk as a valid backingformat.
Commit 588af1953e5f7ab74009b9175cc5d3efb8bb651a started with a very
conservative list of permitted backing formats (just "raw" or
"qcow2"). We can allow almost any format permitted by qemu, but this
commit just adds "vmdk" to this whitelist.

[PATCH 0/2] Fix btrfs blocksize and bind mkfs.btrfs (RHBZ#807905).
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=807905
Currently if you specify the blocksize parameter to mkfs-opts with a
btrfs filesystem, then it fails, because mkfs.btrfs interprets the -b
option as meaning filesystem size.
The first patch fixes this by disallowing blocksize (it cannot be
mapped meaningfully into btrfs parameters).
The second patch adds the full /sbin/mkfs.btrfs utility to the
