GCC has two warnings related to large stack frames. We were already using the -Wframe-larger-than warning, but this reduces the threshold from 10000 to 5000 bytes. However that warning only covers the static part of frames (not alloca). So this change also enables -Wstack-usage=10000 which covers both the static and dynamic usage (alloca and variable length arrays). Multiple changes are made

These two patches are probably not completely independent, but separating them is a lot of work. With *both* patches applied, all the tests and extra-tests pass. That's no guarantee however that there isn't a mistake, so I don't think this patch is a candidate for the 1.16 branch, until it's had a lot more testing in development. Rich.

Replace GUESTFSD_EXT_CMD with a command line option ‘./guestfsd --print-external-commands’

This is a simpler patch that removes GUESTFSD_EXT_CMD completely.

"icat" name comes from the employed command line tool which might be replaced later on with a different implementation. The command name is a bit confusing because it's similar to "cat" but act as "donwload". Therefore I am renaming it with a more clear name. The filesystem_walk0 API parses the FS internals of a partition and returns a list of all the files and directories contained within. It list deleted files and directories as well. For each node, it reports its relative path, its inode and its allocation status. The output is serialised in XDR format and written to the given file. This patch updates the guestfs_inspect_get_drive_mappings API call to also return drive letters for GPT paritions. Previously this worked only for MBR partitions. This is achieved by matching the GPT partition GUID with the info stored in the blob from HKLM\SYSTEM\MountedDevices\DosDevices keys. For GPT partions this blob contains a "DMIO:ID:" prefix followed by a 16 byte binary GUID.
