[PATCH supermin 0/2] helper: Implement device trees.
This two-part patch for supermin implements device trees (for ARM).
The first patch introduces a more rational way to handle command line
arguments in 'supermin-helper'. See the commit message for details.
The old style is still supported for compatibility.
The second patch adds an extra supermin-helper --dtb parameter
specifying a wildcard. A device tree file which matches the

Re: libguestfs supermin error
Hi Rich
Kindly ignore my previos mail.
I have downloaded the latest version of supermin supermin-5.1.8 and have
compiled it for powerpc. Moreover there was no need to patch the src/
kernel.ml file as the changes were already implemented on the latest
version.
But still when i run libguestfs-test-tool on powerpc ubuntu,I get the below
logs..

[PATCH 0/3] supermin: add --include-packagelist
Hi,
to ease debugging issues with appliances (e.g. when used in libguestfs),
using --include-packagelist will add a file containing the list of all
the packages used.
Thanks,

[supermin PATCH v2 0/4] Check for output results for --if-newer (RHBZ#1813809)
This is an attempt to make supermin check for the existing results of an
output when checking whether the appliance must be rebuilt using
--if-newer.
At the moment it is implemented only for the ext2 output format of the
build mode.
Changes from v1:
- drop empty stub for the prepare mode
- add patch to ignore --if-newer on modes different than build
- squash patch with stub for the build mode

Re: libguestfs supermin error
Hi Rich
But there is no src/kernel.ml file on my ubuntu powerpc to which the
above patch is reffering.
I have installed supermin as supermin_5.1.8-2_powerpc.deb debian package.
Thanks

libguestfs on ARM
libguestfs now has experimental support for 32-bit ARM, including KVM
on ARM. You will need at least the following to make it all work:
- libguestfs 1.23.21 + 6e498461f6
Use ./configure --with-default-backend=direct. The libvirt backend
does not work (yet).
- supermin 4.1.5 + a55d9cf157
- kernel that supports virtio-mmio, virtio-scsi, virtio-serial
Note that the Fedora 20 kernel has

[supermin PATCH] rebuild the output it when SUPERMIN_KERNEL or SUPERMIN_MODULES are defined
SUPERMIN_KERNEL and SUPERMIN_MODULES don't work to guestfish.
Since guestfish sets --if-newer parameter to supermin, so the environment
variables are not used under the following conditions.
- the output directory exists and,
- the dates of both input files and package database are
older than the output
To solve that, rebuild the output it when SUPERMIN_KERNEL or
SUPERMIN_MODULES are

[PATCH] Chop final '/' in output directory (RHBZ#1146753)
If the specified output directory ends with a slash, chop it then;
leaving it in will create problems later, like creating the temporary
directory inside the output directory (and not aside it), and trying to
rename it to the directory containing it (which will fail indeed).
