Re: virt-customize fail to inject firstboot script when running it from script.
Figured it out.
The generated script had CRLF line termination. When we have removed the \r from the end if line everything started to work.
Thanks for the help.

No idea in that case. Suggest using guestfish on the guest
after virt-customize has run to check that the files are
really being installed in the right places and have the
right permissions etc.

Re: [PATCH 0/4] v2v: simplify Windows registry patching
Crumbs .. Yes .. I don't even know how to review this.
I have a set of (non-upstream) virt-v2v tests against Windows guests
which I will start running now. They usually take many hours to run,
and also I'm on holiday tomorrow. That should hopefully tell me if it
completely breaks stuff or appears to work.
After that it'd be nice if other virt-v2v users (especially those that

I spent a bit of my holiday trying to get some more tests working on
the Windows port. Unfortunately I hit some unexpected and deep snags.
I'm writing down these thoughts before I forget them.
nbdkit runs shell scripts from a lot of places. The places which are
important for tests are:
(a) nbdkit --run 'script'.
(b) linuxdisk plugin (used to create tests/disk, so important for
