[PATCH 4/4] drm/virtio: move virtio_gpu_mem_entry initialization to new function
Introduce new virtio_gpu_object_shmem_init() helper function which will
create the virtio_gpu_mem_entry array, containing the backing storage
information for the host. For the most path this just moves code from
virtio_gpu_object_attach().

[PATCH] drm/virtio: Fix an IS_ERR() vs NULL check in virtio_gpu_object_shmem_init()
The drm_gem_shmem_get_pages_sgt() function returns error pointers on
error, it never returns NULL.

[PATCH] drm/virtio: fix mmap page attributes
virtio-gpu uses cached mappings. shmem helpers use writecombine though.
So roll our own mmap function, wrapping drm_gem_shmem_mmap(), to tweak
vm_page_prot accordingly.

[PATCH v4 11/12] drm/virtio: switch from ttm to gem shmem helpers
virtio-gpu basically needs a sg_table for the bo, to tell the host where
the backing pages for the object are. So the gem shmem helpers are a
perfect fit. Some drm_gem_object_funcs need thin wrappers to update the
host state, but otherwise the helpers handle everything just fine.
Once the fencing was sorted the switch was surprisingly easy and for the
most part just removing the ttm code.

[PATCH] drm/virtio: drop quirks handling
These days dma ops can be overridden per device, and the virtio core
uses that to handle the dma quirks transparently for the rest of the
kernel. So we can drop the virtio_has_dma_quirk() checks, just use
the dma api unconditionally and depend on the virtio core having setup
dma_ops as needed.
