Can't mount USB drives
Fresh install of CentOS 4.4. uname -a, lspci, & lsusb output at bottom.
I insert my 256MB USB key, light goes on, then off. Never mounts. Here's
the end of dmesg:

3ware disk failure -> hang
I've got an i386 server running centos 4.2 with 3 3ware controllers in it
-- an 8006-2 for the system disks and 2 7500-8s. On the 7500s, I'm
running an all software RAID50. This morning I came in to find the system
hung. Turns out a disk went overnight on one of the 7500s, and rather
than a graceful failover I got this:

[PATCH 1/4] add scsi-target and IO_CMD_EPOLL_WAIT patches
This includes two kernel patches, scsi-target and IO_CMD_EPOLL_WAIT.
The former is a modified version of the scsi target infrastructure in
mainline.
The latter enables applications to handle AIO and non-AIO fds in the
same loop. blktap uses the different patch, AIO event queue patch for
the same aim. The IO_CMD_EPOLL_WAIT patch will be merged into mainline
(and the AIO event queue will not) so

pciback for usb-controller and usb-storage on x86_64 ends in Oops
Hi!
I tried to pcipassthrough usb-controllers to domu to use it with a
memory-stick.
First xen complained that the driver needs write-access to its
configuration space, so I added these to pci-quirks.
Since it still didn''t work I also added the device to pci-permissive but
I still get an errormessage with Oops (at the end of this email) when
sticking in the memory-stick.

[PATCH] virtio_blk: merge S/G list entries by default
Most virtio setups have a fairly limited number of ring entries available.
Enable S/G entry merging by default to fit into less of them. This restores
the behavior at time of the virtio-blk blk-mq conversion, which was changed
by commit "block: add queue flag for disabling SG merging" which made the
behavior optional, but didn't update the existing drivers to keep their

[PATCH v1 0/2] block: virtio-blk: support multi vq per virtio-blk
Hi,
These patches try to support multi virtual queues(multi-vq) in one
virtio-blk device, and maps each virtual queue(vq) to blk-mq's
hardware queue.
With this approach, both scalability and performance on virtio-blk
device can get improved.
For verifying the improvement, I implements virtio-blk multi-vq over
qemu's dataplane feature, and both handling host notification
from each vq and

[PATCH v2 0/2] virtio-scsi: Implement FC_HOST feature
v2: Fix endianness of WWNN/WWPN. [Paolo]
This series implements the proposed fc_host feature of virtio-scsi.
The first patch updates the data structure changes according to the spec
proposal; the second patch actually implements the operations.
