[Flac-users] Re: CD archival best practices?
I've just started to archive my CD collection (about 800 CDs), and my criteria are pretty much the same as the original message under this subject, except that I'm doing one file per CD. One file per song is just too much of a pain, and there's really no need, given FLAC's ability to have metadata in the file. The first thing I do is run cd-discid against the cd, and store that

[PATCH v4] s390/virtio: add BSD license to virtio-ccw
The original intent of the virtio header relicensing from 2008 was to make sure anyone can implement compatible devices/drivers. The virtio-ccw was omitted by mistake. We have an ack from the only contributor as well as the maintainer from IBM, so it's not too late to fix that. Make it dual-licensed with GPLv2, as the whole kernel is GPL2. Acked-by: Christian Borntraeger <borntraeger at

I suppose the ideal would be to have a metadata block to store the subcode from a CD, and something that could interpret it as CD-TEXT, if that's what it is. Then it would be possible to

Diagnose is our classic architected way of doing a hypercall. This patch features the following diagnose codes: - vm storage size, that tells the guest about its memory layout - time slice end, which is used by
