[PATCH 09/51] drm/cirrus: Use drmm_add_final_kfree
With this we can drop the final kfree from the release function. I also noticed that cirrus forgot to call drm_dev_fini(). v2: Don't call kfree(cirrus) after we've handed overship of that to drm_device and the drmm_ stuff. [PATCH 2/2] drm/atomic: Wait indefinitely and interruptibly for hw_done.
Without waiting for hw_done, previous atomic updates may dereference the wrong state and cause a lot of confusion. The real fix is fixing all obj->state to use the accessor macros, but for now wait indefinitely and interruptibly. [PATCH] drm/simple-kms: Standardize arguments for callbacks
Hi, there are two types of callbacks in struct drm_simple_display_pipe_funcs: functions that are genuine to simple KMS, and functions that are merely forwarded from another structure (crtc, plane, etc). In the former category are enable(), disable(), check(), and update(). Those should probably receive a simple display pipe as their first argument. In the latter category are mode_valid(),
