[PATCH v7 14/18] drm/virtio: switch from ttm to gem shmem helpers
virtio-gpu basically needs a sg_table for the bo, to tell the host where
the backing pages for the object are. So the gem shmem helpers are a
perfect fit. Some drm_gem_object_funcs need thin wrappers to update the
host state, but otherwise the helpers handle everything just fine.
Once the fencing was sorted the switch was surprisingly easy and for the
most part just removing the ttm code.

[PATCH v2 21/21] drm: Remove obsolete GEM and PRIME callbacks from struct drm_driver
Several GEM and PRIME callbacks have been deprecated in favor of
per-instance GEM object functions. Remove the callbacks as they are
now unused. The only exception is .gem_prime_mmap, which is still
in use by several drivers.
What is also gone is gem_vm_ops in struct drm_driver. All drivers now
use struct drm_gem_object_funcs.vm_ops instead.
While at it, the patch also improves error handling

[PATCH 05/10] drm/virtio: use struct to pass params to virtio_gpu_object_create()
Create virtio_gpu_object_params, use that to pass object parameters to
virtio_gpu_object_create. Also drop unused "kernel" parameter (unused,
always false).

[PATCH v3 2/5] drm/virtio: use struct to pass params to virtio_gpu_object_create()
Create virtio_gpu_object_params, use that to pass object parameters to
virtio_gpu_object_create. This is just the first step, followup patches
will add more parameters to the struct. The plan is to use the struct
for all object parameters.
Drop unused "kernel" parameter for virtio_gpu_alloc_object(), it is
unused and always false.
Also drop "pinned" parameter. virtio-gpu

[PATCH v3 3/7] drm/gem: Use struct dma_buf_map in GEM vmap ops and convert GEM backends
This patch replaces the vmap/vunmap's use of raw pointers in GEM object
functions with instances of struct dma_buf_map. GEM backends are
converted as well.
For most GEM backends, this simply change the returned type. GEM VRAM
helpers are also updated to indicate whether the returned framebuffer
address is in system or I/O memory.

[patch 14/19] xfs: eagerly remove vmap mappings to avoid upsetting Xen
-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let us know.

From: Jeremy Fitzhardinge <jeremy@goop.org>
patch ace2e92e193126711cb3a83a3752b2c5b8396950 in mainline.
XFS leaves stray mappings around when it vmaps memory to make it
virtually contigious. This upsets Xen if one of those pages is being
recycled into a pagetable, since it finds an extra writable

[PATCH v4 05/10] drm/ttm: Add vmap/vunmap to TTM and TTM GEM helpers
The new functions ttm_bo_{vmap,vunmap}() map and unmap a TTM BO in kernel

Each function is a simplified version of TTM's existing kmap code. Both
