[PATCH 2/2] qxl: keep separate release_bo pointer
qxl expects that list_first_entry(release->bos) returns the first
element qxl added to the list. ttm_eu_reserve_buffers() may reorder
the list though.
Add a release_bo field to struct qxl_release and use that instead.

[PATCH 10/17] drm/qxl: rework to new fence interface
Final driver! \o/
This is not a proper dma_fence because the hardware may never signal
anything, so don't use dma-buf with qxl, ever.

As far as I can see by your second patch QXL is just using exported
(that is not internal) functions.
Not that the idea of making them internal is bad but this comment is
a wrong statement.

[PATCH 1/2] drm/qxl: stop abusing TTM to call driver internal functions
The ttm_mem_io_* functions are actually internal to TTM and shouldn't be
used in a driver.
Instead call the qxl_ttm_io_mem_reserve() function directly.

[PATCH v3 3/7] drm/gem: Use struct dma_buf_map in GEM vmap ops and convert GEM backends
This patch replaces the vmap/vunmap's use of raw pointers in GEM object
functions with instances of struct dma_buf_map. GEM backends are
converted as well.
For most GEM backends, this simply change the returned type. GEM VRAM
helpers are also updated to indicate whether the returned framebuffer
address is in system or I/O memory.

[RFC PATCH v1 00/16] Convert all ttm drivers to use the new reservation interface
This series depends on the previously posted reservation api patches.
2 of them are not yet in for-next-fences branch of
git://git.linaro.org/people/sumit.semwal/linux-3.x.git
The missing patches are still in my vmwgfx_wip branch at
git://people.freedesktop.org/~mlankhorst/linux
All ttm drivers are converted to the fence api, fence_lock is removed
and rcu is used in its place.
