[PATCH 1/2] vhost: simplify work flushing
We used to implement the work flushing through tracking queued seq,
done seq, and the number of flushing. This patch simplify this by just
implement work flushing through another kind of vhost work with
completion. This will be used by lockless enqueuing patch.

[PATCH 2/2] vhost: lockless enqueuing
Hi Jason,
Overall patches look good. Just one doubt I have is below:

[PATCH V3 0/2] vhost_net polling optimization
Hi:
This series tries to optimize vhost_net polling at two points:
- Stop rx polling for reduicng the unnecessary wakeups during
handle_rx().
- Conditonally enable tx polling for reducing the unnecessary
traversing and spinlock touching.
Test shows about 17% improvement on rx pps.
Please review
Changes from V2:
- Don't enable rx vq if we meet an err or rx vq is empty

[PATCH] vhost: Move vhost.h to allow vhost driver out-of-tree compilation
Move vhost.h to include/linux to allow vhost driver out-of-tree compilation.
Currently, this cannot be done properly because the vhost header file is in
driver/vhost.
To distribute a new vhost driver before it is included in the kernel tree,
we need to package it using kmod, dkms, ..., and to compile it out-of-tree
using headers provided by the distribution's kernel development package.

[PATCH 2/2] vhost: lockless enqueuing
We use spinlock to synchronize the work list now which may cause
unnecessary contentions. So this patch switch to use llist to remove
this contention. Pktgen tests shows about 5% improvement:
Before:
~1300000 pps
After:
~1370000 pps
