[PATCH v7 14/18] drm/virtio: switch from ttm to gem shmem helpers
virtio-gpu basically needs a sg_table for the bo, to tell the host where
the backing pages for the object are. So the gem shmem helpers are a
perfect fit. Some drm_gem_object_funcs need thin wrappers to update the
host state, but otherwise the helpers handle everything just fine.
Once the fencing was sorted the switch was surprisingly easy and for the
most part just removing the ttm code.

[PATCH v2 3/4] Add virtio gpu driver.
From: Dave Airlie <airlied at gmail.com>
This patch adds a kms driver for the virtio gpu. The xorg modesetting
driver can handle the device just fine, the framebuffer for fbcon is
there too.
Qemu patches for the host side are under review currently.
The pci version of the device comes in two variants: with and without
vga compatibility. The former has a extra memory bar for the vga

[PATCH] drm/nouveau: Add a MM for mappable VRAM that isn't usable as scanout.
Dynamically resizing the framebuffer on nv04 was like playing Russian
roulette (and it often happened gratuitously) because it seems unable
to scan out from buffers above 16MB. This patch splits the mappable
VRAM into two chunks when that's the case, and makes the higher one to
be used as well when applicable.

[PATCH] drm: ttm: virtio-gpu: dma-buf: Constify ttm_place structures.
ttm_place are not supposed to change at runtime. All functions
working with ttm_place provided by <drm/ttm/ttm_placement.h> work
with const ttm_place. So mark the non-const structs as const.
