Hi Gene Thanks for your reply.I'm trying to breakdown overall system boot time and to understand each component duration. My linux image is a ~10 MB bzImage file with the rootfs cpio'ed inside. I also have 2 BIOS images:- some general purpose BIOS - a custom BIOS which loads real quick I'm using TSC to measure time. I'm not sure it's the best way (I've read about CPU's

pxechn.c32 does not do TFTP
Digging more, loadfile("192.0.2.1::pxe.0", &file.data, &file.size), queries DNS, which sounds like it doesn't follow the same call path as a COM32 calling pxe_dns(). If the DNS won't resolve the IP, things won't load properly. pxechn.c32 sets sname in the intended packet to "192.0.2.1" which may be confusing something. More debugging needed. -- -Gene

why there is no liblua5.1.so in /usr/lib?
hello all: I want to install ModSecurity v2.5.4 in my system. I do the following setup to install the lua tar -xzvf lua-5.1.3.tar.gz cd lua-5.1.3/src make linux cd .. make install The ModSecurity ask me to add "LoadFile /usr/lib/liblua5.1.so" to the http.conf,but there is no liblua5.1.so in /usr/lib. I have search it and i didn't find the solution. Can any one tell me why
