We have tried compiling the binaries our self and using the pre-compiled in the syslinux tar ball as well. It just locks up with the text we provided. The problem is booting from CD, booting from USB works. I suspect the problem is in isolinux.bin. The CD only fails on this one machine. If I remember correct HDT is a .C32 executable and not .EFI, so no it will not work. Label is OS and I believe there are all booting MBR. Is there a way to clear the memory then continue loading ? or rebooting the machine from the menu. Starting a new thread for the moment and BCCing the two reporters of the issue. Looking over the code, I think I finally see why we get junk data from the PXE base. If we tell the PXE base that a buffer is 0 bytes long, we should expect junk/null data. I'm hoping to have a patch for testing over the weekend. Hi everyone, I have released Syslinux 6.03. It is by and large identical to 6.03-pre20. I would like to do a short cycle for 6.04, because 64-bit support for ext4 has come up as a very high priority.
