I am the author of patch, and I'm still using it. Not very carefully tested thought, but seems to work well. As you can see, it's basically the same code as in loading Elf32 binary. If you need more information, feel free to ask me.

I'm using omega for a sitesearch and currently having a problem trying to filter $field(sample). At the moment it returns text from the page header and navigation within the sample, ideally I'd like it to return only the page content.
