[Bug 75279] XCloseDisplay() takes one minute around nouveau_dri.so, freezing Firefox startup
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=75279 --- Comment #29 from Frederic Bezies <fredbezies at gmail.com> --- Looks like a NouVeau is triggered by Mozilla Firefox trunk code. I opened a bug on mozilla bugtracker, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=978439 Even if I find a "dirty workaround", valgrind logs are showing a NouVeau driver bug. I will attach both

Ok, I think we've done enough damage for one release. Thanks everyone for pulling a long weekend to get changes prepared and reviewed. We're still missing the threaded input stuff, but that needs more review and I think we wore Tiago out this time around. If someone wants to propose merging it after the freeze, I think we should consider doing it. Note that this tarball depends on

Memory corruption on Gallium window resize, diagnosed?
Hi, I've been playing with nouveau/mesa branch gallium-0.1, trying to get trivial/tri working on nv20 (with nv10 code). When ever I resize the window, it ends up in an assert failure: #0 0xf790744f in _debug_assert_fail (expr=0xf791908f "0", file=0xf7919050 "nv20_state_emit.c", line=139, function=0xf7919034 "nv20_state_emit_framebuffer") at p_debug.c:335

OpenGL issues with Counter Strike
Hello, I recently switched my OS to Ubuntu Dapper Drake amd64 (I used Breezy before) and now I'm facing strange issues regarding Counter Strike (old version, not "Source") via Steam. Steam starts up fine, but if I want to launch the game, the terminal puts out this error-message: err:wgl:X11DRV_ChoosePixelFormat glXChooseFBConfig returns NULL (glError: 0) while Steam itself

GL error crashes wine
Hello wine-users. I've got a problem. Whenever I run wine with a Windows program that uses OpenGL, it gives me this message: err:opengl:X11DRV_ChoosePixelFormat glXChooseFBConfig returns NULL (glError: 0) and quits. I have no idea what this means or how to fix it. Furthurmore, it is very annoying. I've tried the official release as well as the CVS version, neither works. What can I

Mac OSX (10.5) & wine w/ OpenGL - Info & Issues
Firstly, hello everyone! I'v been using wine under OSX for some time, using macports to install it and it works quite nicely (except for an issue with windows sliding down the screen, which can be fixed by setting a desktop area in winecfg). Sadly I'v not been able to get OpenGL support working. (I am using OSX 10.5.4 with XQuartz (http://xquartz.macosforge.org/trac/wiki) 2.3.0, which is
