[PATCH v2 0/9] drm/print: add and use drm_debug_enabled()
Hi all, v2 of [1], a little refactoring around drm_debug access to
abstract it better. There shouldn't be any functional changes.
I'd appreciate acks for merging the lot via drm-misc. If there are any
objections to that, we'll need to postpone the last patch until
everything has been merged and converted in drm-next.
BR,
Jani.

[PATCH v5 08/13] drm/nouveau: Change debug checks to specifically target syslog
From: Sean Paul <seanpaul at chromium.org>
Since the logs protected by these checks specifically target syslog,
use the new drm_debug_syslog_enabled() call to avoid triggering
these prints when only trace is enabled.

[PATCH] drm/nouveau: NV_DEBUG and NV_ATOMIC should call __drm_debug_enabled
Commit 6ce6fae84536 ("drm_print: optimize drm_debug_enabled for
jump-label") changed drm_debug_enabled() to print a warning debug
message every time it's called:
todo: is this frequent enough to optimize ?
Because the Nouveau macros NV_DEBUG and NV_ATOMIC call
drm_debug_enabled(), this message can appear hundreds of times
when the driver is loaded with debug messages enabled.

Can you redefine this in terms of the patches I submitted

[PATCH 1/2] drm/nouveau: make hdmi device finding failure prints debug level
The hdmi device is required for runtime pm. However it is not available
on many esp older devices, which were all seeing these error messages.
Take this opportunity to also convert to nv_debug instead of the DRM_*
messages, like the rest of nouveau does.
