That's rather unfortunate. :-( The intel mesa drivers were also
blacklisted for quite some time a while back. I'm not really sure what we
did to get blacklisted or what we did to get unblacklisted.

Missing devel packages?
Hello CentOS,
After performing an update on July 23, on 9 stream, I did notice
problems with egl-wayland. In the AppStream repository, the
package:
* egl-wayland-1.1.9-2.el9.x86_64.rpm
is present, but it's "-devel" counterpart seems missing.
So, if you have an older version of egl-wayland-devel installed,
it complains that it cannot upgrade "egl-wayland".

anyone knows whats going on with that Khronos group, OpenGL ES and stuff.. im quite confused as when/why/how did that come to be, but more importantly - do we have any use of it on Linux with desktop architectures..
1.) can OpenGL ES be used on PC, x86 platform? emulator maybe?
2.) is OpenGL ES just a specification or are there some drivers for some hardware, some ATI mobilty cards maybe

My system is a fedora 25 laptop, born in version 23 and gradually updated
