[PATCH xf86-video-nouveau] Do not register hotplug without RandR
When using Xinerama, RandR is automatically disabled, and calling RR routines will trigger an assert() because the RR keys/resources are not set, leading to an Xserver abort. Hotplug makes little sense without RandR, so no need to install a udev monitor if RandR is not available. [PATCH 1/2] drm/nouveau/bios/therm: handle vbioses with duplicate entries (mostly nva5)
From: Martin Peres <martin.peres at labri.fr> Some vbioses have extra useless entries after "the end" of the table. This is problematic since all of the vbios I found with this issue redefine the pwm freq divider to insane levels (52750 Hz instead of 2500), thus breaking fan management. The first solution to solve this mess would be to change the length of the table. The solution

[PATCH xf86-video-nouveau] Do not register hotplug without RandR
Chris, could you have a look at this since it's allegedly your work in the intel driver and let us know if it's reasonable? I'm definitely not enough of an X driver guy to rule one way or the other. x11() and Xinerama settings
Hello Since I changed my X11 settings to a Xinerama setup, calls to x11() result in windows with a width half the size of the one specified by the corresponding parameter. Furthermore, x axis labels are overlapping. Other devices (e.g. pdf()), are not affected by these distortions. Did anybody have the same problem, and if so, how did you solve it? Crash with Xinerama enabled [patch]
Dear nouveau hackers, I got as far as figuring out that Xinerama is deprecated now... Too bad WindowMaker doesn't play well with RandR. While painfully learning about it, I managed to crash my Xorg 1.5.3 server through the nouveau driver. The attached patch fixes it. To reproduce the crash, simply run X with Xinerama enabled. $ gdb hw/xfree86/Xorg Xorg.core [...] Core was generated by

xinerama support
Hi, Is xinerama taken into account in wine? When I open an app in my recently configured 2 display workstations the windos spans both displays. Is there a solution for this? [LLVMdev] getAnalysis<LoopInfo> from ModulePass
Hi, I wrote tiny ModulePass which iterates over functions and then uses getAnalysis<LoopInfo> in order to get informations about the loop. It compiles smoothly, but whenever I try to run it I got error like this: opt: .. PassAnalysisSupport.h:203: AnalysisType& llvm::Pass::getAnalysisID(const llvm::PassInfo*) const [with AnalysisType = llvm::LoopInfo]: Assertion `ResultPass &&

MMC issue
Hi I have a strange problem with Shared folders in MMC. While I try to connect to linux machine and list Open files or Sessions I got a message "You do not have permission to view the list of sessions from Windows clients". The problem exists only if I try to connect to linux machines (Windows Server is ok), and only for Administrator account. From other accounts with Administrator
