Hello, The handling of orphaned sections in LLD 8 has changed from GNU LD behavior (note that LLD 7 didn't show this behavior). Ben, Looks like the reality is that glamor is just not hooked up properly in the nouveau DDX. Mainly it's missing DRI2, which in turn means no core GL contexts, and probably lots of other issues. While this could probably be fixed somehow, I doubt there's any advantage to using the nouveau DDX over something like modesetting nowadays. How would you feel about dropping glamor support from

Forcing it on Xorg.conf didn't work, KMS does: video=DVI-D-1:1920x1200e video=LVDS-1:d X started with 1024x768, but could switch by xrandr to 1920x1200. The viewed picture now is
