DRM drivers with kernel modesetting are supposed to use VBLANK callbacks of the CRTC infrastructure. This patchset converts all DRM drivers to CRTC VBLANK callbacks and cleans up struct drm_driver. This makes the redundant fb helpers .load_lut, .gamma_set and .gamma_get totally obsolete. I think the gamma_store can end up invalid on error. But the way I read it, that can happen in drm_mode_gamma_set_ioctl as well, so why should this pesky legacy fbdev stuff be any better? drm_fb_helper_save_lut_atomic justs saves the gamma lut for later. This fixes a deadlock inversion when vblank is enabled/disabled by drm. &dev->vblank_time_lock is always taken when the vblank state is toggled, which caused a deadlock when &event->lock was also taken during event_get/put.
