The FBIOPUT_CON2FBMAP ioctl takes a console_lock(). When this is called while nouveau was runtime suspended, a deadlock would occur due to nouveau_fbcon_set_suspend also trying to obtain console_lock(). This means we can't actually handle fbcon in any RPM resume workers, since restoring fbcon requires grabbing dev->mode_config.mutex again. While working on refactoring how we handle connector hotplugging/probing + a bunch of misc DP stuff, I found a bunch of runtime_pm errors that were mostly introduced by me at one point. Oops.
