[Bug 70389] [prime] unsynchronised rendering on secondary displays
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=70389
--- Comment #2 from Ilia Mirkin <imirkin at alum.mit.edu> ---
Try updating your intel ddx -- nouveau is not responsible for the contents of
the images it renders when in reverse-prime mode -- the primary gpu is (in your

Nvidia says I have a 8200, but lspci says a GeForce 9200M G

launchpad.(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-nouveau/+bug/557895),
but I have been trying to debug further by using the nightly builds.
It still requires the noaccel flag to be set to work.

[ANNOUNCE] xf86-video-intel 2.21.5
Release 2.21.5 (2013-03-21)
===========================
Haswell reintroduces a command to load the scanline window from the
command stream and so requires its own specialised wait-for-vsync routine
- failure to do so was then causing hangs when trying to do tearfree video
or use a compositor.
* Prevent buffer leak if a non-fullscreen Window is closed with multiple

your generation), which means you can have up to 4 heads at the same
time.
Here's a config that I use to get both of my monitors to come up the
way I want them to, using the nouveau ddx,
