IE7 Sortable Ghosting = true issue
I have a bunch of Sortables that can be dragged and dropped. When I set ghosting to true, the ghosted image is all garbled on the first drag in IE7. Every drag thereafter works completely fine. I have turned off all of our styling to try to isolate the issue, and it persists no matter what I do. I have also made it so Scriptaculous only includes the drag and drop and Effects libraries to try

Ghosting features for dragdrop.js preview
To have a look at the new "ghosting" option in dragdrop.js, get yourself the latest SVN trunk and play around with the dragdrop_functional_4.html and sortable_function_ghosting.html test files. Hope you like it. Some things are broken, and it''s not well tested, *hint*, but it''s cool stuff. :) Thanks to xal for suggesting this. Thomas

Ghosting Linux Partitions.
I was thinking of putting a slightly bigger HD on my Linux server and would like to know the easiest way. I know that ghost works well on FAT32 partitions, but does it work on Ext3 partitions too? Id rather not reinstall if I don't have to, so any and all suggestions are appreciated. TIA Kev

The equivalent of Ghosting the system
If I were to lose my main hard drive, I would like to have the opportunity to do the same as I can do using Windows: restore from my USB and have a working system. If I were to rsync everything on the main drive (excluding the backup drive, of course and a few other directories) to my USB drive, could I restore using some CD based version of Linux e.g. Knoppix? Joining DC
I am having some trouble joining a new samba4 server as a DC. I am pretty sure this stems from trying to use OpenChange and subsequently removing it. The new samba4 machine is running 4.0.7 and the existing is running 4.0.1. I am a little hesitant to do an in-place upgrade of the last working DC, so I wanted a replica to fall back on in case things go bad. Any help would be appreciated. On the

Hostname problem
Hi, I''m trying to get puppetmasterd and puppetd to communicate properly with each other but there seems to be a problem with how puppet determines the hostname of the machine. Both daemons run on the same machine with the hostname "nexus" but when I start puppetmasterd with "puppetmasterd -v -d" I get the following output: ... info: Creating a new SSL key at

Samba3+Nexus+Srvtools at least strange
Hi all, Sorry for distubing you with this minor problem, but: I've configured samba3 for ldapsam and successfuly joined a WinNT Server 4.0 with on the fly account creation (I have root in LDAP). Now I'm able to manage my samba3 with user manager for domains from srvtools, but not nexus :-(. From my point of view the sadest thing is that on 9x no other application can retrive user

Possible Agent Bug found while upgrading from Asterisk 0.7.1 to 1.0.9
Dear All, I have been running an Asterisk 0.7.1 (patched with various agent applications) server for almost 2 years. We have a data center in the USA and a call center in the UK. All calls are routed to a group of central call queues in the USA. Agents from the data center, call center and from remote locations (London, Scotland, LA, Florida, and Maine) can log in, join the call queue and pick

Skyline plots from several trees in newick format
Dear all, I am trying to create a consensus skyline plot using the "ape" package(newbie). I have a nexus file that looks like the one from above containing many trees. how to block brute force attacks on reverse tunnels?
For many years I've been running ssh reverse tunnels on portable Linux, OpenWRT, Android etc. hosts so they can be accessed from a server whose IP is stable (I call such a server a "nexus host"). Increasingly there's a problem with brute force attacks on the nexus host's tunnel ports. The attack is forwarded to the portable tunneling host, where it fails, but it chews up

Success: Bring-up of LLVM/clang-built Linux ARM(32-bit) kernel for Android - Nexus 5
> The main advantage of the clang-built Android ARM(32-bit) hammerhead kernel for my Nexus 5 has been the better battery usage when compared to that of gcc-built kernel, with the same kernel config and hardware(my Nexus 5 Android Smartphone). Details of the same can be found below. To be fair, the GCC version which comes with the android ndk has not been updated for four years, while the clang

Delay playing some streams on Android
I'm writing an Android app to play streams. ?I use the standard Android "MediaPlayer" library to play streams. ?I've noticed that some streams start playing without much delay (MPR), but others take quite a while to start (WFMU). ?The only thing changing in my code is the URI of the Icecast mountpoint. ?My test device is a Nexus 5 running Android 5.1.1.

pom for 0.5.1
H, I am using libvirt from maven using a nexus proxy pointing to http://www.libvirt.org/maven2/ It downloads the jar fine but is expecting libvirt-0.5.1.pom (and ...sha1). In the proxy only the jar appears. When I download and rename the pom to my local .m2 cache my build works fine. Is this a bug in the distribution of libvirt in its maven repo or is my dependency wrong somehow? Kind regards,
