Hi All, Wondering if there is a document that tells how to get wine printing through a cups printer working? Yes I know the wine docs say it's all magic and if you're using cups your printing will magically work, but for some reason, it doesn't, my wine session crashes and burns when I try to print from the built in notepad (or any other apps I've tried: in particular, Lotus

Delphi applications printing bug
Hi, I'm using Wine 0.9.27 and Ubuntu 6.06. I've problems when printing from Delphi Apps that use QReport (the default reporting engine for most Delphi versions), and after some hacking I've perhaps isolated the trouble: it seems that Delphi printing over a Canvas works only if I show the system PrintDialog or the PrinterSetupDialog befor printing, and I press OK in this dialog:

Data import R: some explanatory variables not showing up correctly in summary
It looks like your printouts are based on the R summary() function? The function lists the number of cases in the 5 largest categories when the variable is coded as a function. Then it indicates how many other categories are present. This is described on the manual page for function summary(). In the first case the duplicates probably represent cases in your source data (a spreadsheet?), where

I am running wine 20050725 under KDE/Debain/testing with binaries from deb http://wine.sourceforge.net/apt/ binary/ on the client in question. I am trying to print from QuickBooks 6 to a printer server (Brother HL1240) running cups 1.1.18. The client is accessing the printer from kprinter and printing from the native Linux applications with no problem. When I try to print from QuickBooks I

Gigasampler LE - unhandled exception during installation
Hi, When attempting to install a program in new installation of Wine I run into this problem. In an earlier version of Wine (20040505) the installation progress further and then ended with a different error. In the new version I don't get very far and drop into WINEDEBUG. The P62 thing is interesting. That's a local USB printer setup in CUPS which is not attached at the moment. Not

Hello, In order for us to help we need to know how you've imported your data. What was the file type? What instructions have you used to import it? Did you use base R or a package? Data import R: some explanatory variables not showing up correctly in summary
Hi Tara, It seems that you categorise and count for each category. Could it be that the method you use puts everything that doesn't match the predefined categories in Other? I'm only guessing because without a minimal reproducible example it's difficult to do anything else. Best wishes Ulrik Rui Barradas <ruipbarradas at sapo.pt> schrieb am Do., 1. Juni 2017, 17:30: >

Reading a SpreadsheetML / XMLNS into R xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:spreadsheet
Hello, I use a software that outputs the data in a form/dialect(?) of xml (I think its called "SpreadsheetML", see below for an excerpt). It allows (admittedly) easy import of such files into Excel. I would like, however, to import it directly into R. I am familiar how to do that with standard xml-files (mostly thanks to Duncan Temple Lang's help). But I haven't found the right
