Bug#784880: [PATCH for-4.6] tools: libxl: Handle failure to create qemu dm logfile
If libxl_create_logfile fails for some reason then
libxl__create_qemu_logfile previously just carried on and dereferenced
the uninitialised logfile.
Check for the error from libxl_create_logfile, which has already
logged for us.
This was reported as Debian bug #784880.

[PATCH 0/2] libxl/xl: two more coverity related fixes
The first patch is a leftover from the switch to
libxl__create_qemu_logfile, and while there it also handles possible
errors when opening /dev/null.
The second one is a fix for the issues present in do_daemonize.
Thanks, Roger.

Behavior of jexec
Hi,
I noticed two things when running jexec. I run FreeBSD 9.2-RC1 from
binaries and jails 9.2-RC1 too.
I log as root on the host (I havn't any other user).
# 1. $HOME
For a jail named "blog" with a "blog" user, which $HOME is at
/home/blog, if I do:
jexec -U blog blog tcsh
My id is correct, but $HOME is still root.
# 2. Accessing a jail in ssh command line

RE: Problem booting fully virtualized (Intel VT) 32b gueston XEN32 unstable
You need to add dom0_mem=XXXm to xen or scale back the memory of domain0 with using "xm mem-set <DomId> <Mem>" command.
Your domain0 used up almost all physical mem.

Mongrel Pre-Release 0.3.13 -- Katana Suicide Concurrency
We are *days* away from the official 0.3.13 release, which will be
followed quickly by 0.4 code named Enterprisey Edition 1.2. This latest
pre-release update closes off the last of the annoying bugs, and adds
one very nasty feature people should check out before we release. Read
about Katanas below.

[PATCH 1/3] libxenlight: Clean up logging arrangements
* Introduce new variants of the logging functions which include
errno values (converted using strerror) in the messages passed to the
application''s logging callback.
* Use the new errno-including logging functions everywhere where
appropriate. In general, xc_... functions return errno values or 0;
xs_... functions return 0 or -1 (or some such) setting errno.

Aide error "Caught SIGBUS/SEGV"
One of my servers has recently started giving an error every time I run
"aide --check". I ran it manually twice today with the same results.
The second time, I added the -V flag, but that didn't give me anything
useful. The system is currently running CentOS 5.3.
Nothing on the system has changed recently (that I am aware of). The
Aide database hasn't been updated in a few

SEGV on FreeBSD 4.8-STABLE with 2.6.2
I'm getting a SEGV on a FreeBSD 4.8-STABLE box. The client is Solaris
9/SPARC. Both boxes run 2.6.2.
The command I'm running is:
$ rsync -arHRv --numeric-ids --delete --exclude=/opt/dist/cdrom \

If I whittle down what appears in [paths], then it works.

Problem booting fully virtualized (Intel VT) 32b guest on XEN32 unstable
Has anyone been able to boot a fully virtualized (Intel VT) 32bit guest
on XEN32 unstable? I''m trying to setup a nightly test environment for
this configuration and XEN32 nosmp hangs when launching a 32bit guest,
and XEN32 smp gets a double fault launching a 32bit guest. It happens
pretty early as the SDL window doesn''t come up. I tried with apic,
pae, and acpi all on

I've been trying out the bleeding edge, 1.2.alpha4. I'm having a problem with deliver and
dovecot-1.2-sieve-0.1.1.

if header :contains "subject" ["urgent"] {

I was trying to figure out how to add printer drivers manually for

but I'm not subscribed yet so I can't properly reply to that thread.
Sorry for creating a new one.)
I've got a crash in dovecot-imap when trying to list the inbox on a

basically it's only happening when the directory in imap's MAIL
