Flash and Contribute
I just installed wine-20050419 and it's great so far. Dreamweaver works, office2000 works, Adobe photoshop and InDesign 3.0 work great. However both Contribute3.0 and FlashMX do not work. They both have a common error. Flash: fixme:actctx:CreateActCtxW stub! Contribute offers a few more: fixme:win:User32InitializeImmEntryTable (0x19650412): stub fixme:actctx:CreateActCtxW stub!

wine-20050419 - where to set audio driver type?
Hi, In a completely clean account that's never run Wine before I run wine --version. Wine installs a new .wine directory but this Wine directory has no config file. I looked in the 3 obvious files but none of them seem to have an option for changing between OSS, Alsa and JAck. where do I make this setting change now? Thanks, Mark

Running a game in full screen mode?
UT2004 runs nearly flawlessly under Wine, and is about 10,000 times easier to install than its Linux counterpart. The only problem I'm having is running it full screen. What's the command for that? For example, is it something like: $wine UT2004.exe --full-screen I know --full-screen is the right option, so which is it? (Without editing the config file, or course.) :) Thanks! Hiji

[LLVMdev] 3.5.1 Testing Phase Begins
It looks like I missed that email completely, I started out replying to Nikola and Hans which is why I was talking about Windows rather than OS X. I've just found your first email in my llvmdev folder and I think I see what happened. My mail rules deliver llvmdev messages to a folder named llvmdev unless I'm directly addressed in which case it delivers to my inbox. It looks like you

Half-Life and Counter-Strike on WINE
FYI Both work great on my FC3, wine-20050419, 2.4 GHz box. Key changes to the ./tools/wineinstall $HOME/.wine/config file are as follows: "Managed" = "N" ; a significant change "UseXVidMode" = "N" "UseXRandR" = "N" ; a significant change "DXGrab" = "Y" "Synchronous" =

Are we waiting for an RC5? It seems like the release mirror on github has no recent activity. [LLVMdev] 3.5.1 Testing Phase II Begins
I've uploaded clang+llvm-3.5.1-rc2-mips-linux-gnu.tar.xz and clang+llvm-3.5.1-rc2-mipsel-linux-gnu.tar.xz. The latter fails prune.m in 'make check-all' as it did last time but this is because the 'touch -a' command isn't actually changing the access timestamp. I've started the test-suite for both of them. ________________________________________ From: llvmdev-bounces

Sys.sleep() burns up CPU on Solaris 8
I noticed that R was burning up 100% of a CPU when a call to Sys.sleep() was made. Upon investigation, I discovered that R_checkActivityEx() in src/unix/sys-std.c was putting the entire timeout (in usec) into the struct timeval tv_usec member, leaving tv_sec set to 0. I don't know about other unix variants, but Solaris requires that the timeout value be normalized (i.e. 0 <= tv_usec

[LLVMdev] 3.4.1 Release Plans
Tom (and Andy, Owen, Evan, Nadav), I'd like the following commits placed into the 3.4.1 branch. I've attempted to sort this list by code owner: Andrew Trick: r203719 - PR17473 r203725 - This test need the X86 backend, move it to the X86 sub directory. [adjusts the test location from r203719] r202273 - Fix PR18165: LSR must avoid scaling factors that exceed the limit on truncated use.

[LLVMdev] [cfe-dev] 3.6.2-rc1 has been tagged. Testers needed.
Hi, I've taken a look at the binary tarballs for clang+llvm-3.6.2-rc1-* that have been uploaded and observed the following: * All uploaded tarballs include the generated CMake files apart from ``clang+llvm-3.6.2-rc1-x86_64-linux-gnu-ubuntu-14.04.tar.xz``. These files (share/llvm/cmake/*.cmake) are missing in this tarball. * Inside the Ubuntu tarball the directory is not consistently named
