Master Works, Slave Does Not
I have made changes but it is still the same. That is when the server gets the lowbat/noAC signal it does shut down as expected but the slave does not.
Perhaps it makes sense for me to list the present settings:
On the Master:
nut.conf MODE=netserver

NUT Windows port sources review
Hello!
I performed lightweight review of Windows port source code (Windows-v2.6.5-7 branch). I have some ideas I would like to share with NUT community.
First of all, Frederic did great job to port NUT sources to Windows platform and we have the path in dark forest. Unfortunately, the port looks like experimental. I think that the next major iteration is required.
Here are many words, sorry

Could you also grep for upsd and upsmon in the NAS log? Is this possible?

NUT 2.6.1 on Windows
Does anyone have pointers on how this should be done? Or even better
if someone has sample config files for Windows configuration. I am
using it in netserver mode.
Just tried it but it seems upsmon can't connect saying ACCESS DENIED
if I run it with upsmon -DDDD on the master itself.

Roger, I get 4.3.8(1)-release
There was good reason, BTW, for the script to NOT fine the journal

NUT unable to resolve host despite DNS working.
Hello all, I have been having a problem with upsmon on Fedora 24 on boot.
NUT is configured as a netclient to a Raspbian NUT server. After boot up
upsmon repeatedly says "connect failed: No such host". It is not able to
connect at all until the service is bounced. This seems to indicate a name
resolution problem but shouldn't this auto correct once name resolution is
working properly

UPSD is not running
I have a Dell 500w UPS and it works great with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and Network UPS tools 2.6.3 via usb. This powers a standalone server for the purposes of clean shutdowns. This was installed using "sudo apt-get install nut" and there are no issues with the Server > nut > ups chain. I am using the usbhid-ups driver and haven't had any issues.

Fedora 40 nut-server not starting at boot
Hi folks, I'm having an issue with getting nut-server to start at boot on a
freshly installed Fedora 40 desktop. Seems once the machine is up, I can
manually start with systemctl start nut-server and everythings fine.
