NUT control of vCenter & vServer?
Thanks Bart. Unfortunately "The VIB module does not comply with the security recommendations imposed by VMWare. You lose VMWare support by installing this package." This pretty much rules out this option. :( We need vCenter support, as well. nomad On Thu, May 14, 2020 at 10:06 AM Bart J. That's certainly on the list of options. I'm doing data gathering right now to see what options there are. I'd prefer not to rashly decide to run off in a direction only to discover this is already a Solved Problem. nomad On Thu, May 14, 2020 at 1:13 PM Bart J. [Nut-upsuser] Nut-2.7.3 & gcc-3.3.6
Hi Charles, Yes, it looks like my g++ does contain STL library which might be just my specific case... However, as a temporary solution I disabled nutclient in Makefile (please find the file attached). And nut-2.7.3 can be compiled now. Managed to get all working properly, except for the nutclient lib in C. As you have noticed, nutclient has a few rough edges. The original upsclient library has had a lot more testing,

Patch for tunnelserver mode in protocol_subnet.c
Hello, Here is a patch for protocol_subnet.c with two modifications : - in tunnelserver mode, tinc must check subnets in the ".../hosts/owner" config file, not in "c->config_tree" (which is the configuration of the meta-connection from which we receive the ADD_SUBNET message). - this checking can be made before the check of the owner, especially before any

SSL only working in DEBUG mode
Hello all, With a really fast lookup, I think it is probably a problem of NSS initialization (key loading...) . As the problem occurs only when upsd is forked and as nss is initialized ( https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/blob/master/server/upsd.c#L1008)before upsd deamonify ( https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/blob/master/server/upsd.c#L1035), I suspect NSS to not be fork-safe. I will
