Outgoing calls for a fancy address book app
Hi ! I'd like to connect phpgroupware to asterisk: when a user click on a phone number, his phone rings and he gets connected to the number he just clicked. I've tried by putting various files in /var/spool/asterisk/outgoing, without results (we are using SIP phones + CAPI channels). Is there a way to do that ? (If it's impossible (something impossible in *, LOL ?!?) I will create

Why this stupid ingress tc does not work ?
Hi ! I wanted to shape my analog modem connection so I took these two lines from the ''wondershaper'' script: tc qdisc add dev $DEV handle ffff: ingress #tc filter add dev $DEV parent ffff: protocol ip prio 50 u32 match ip \ src 0.0.0.0/0 police rate ${DOWNLINK} burst 10k drop flowid :1 with DEV=ppp0 and DOWNLINK=24kbit. Cisco 7912 speed dials
Hi ! We have Cisco 7912 phones, and the doc says that I can "create up to four speed dial buttons on my phone using the Cisco CallManager". Does anyone knows which protocol is used to configure speed dials (Is it documented somewhere) ? Did someone tried to reverse engineer the protocol ? It would be cool, not having to pay $15000 just for configuring speed dials on those phones ;-D

Hi ! I'm using PXE to boot a Linux on a DLink DFE-530TX card. Everything worked well until I installed a Windows98 on it (please, foregive me...). Since the Windows drivers for that NIC were installed, I 'm unable to boot PXE, and I get the error: PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable Any clue on how to make PXE work as before ? Re: Problem using virt-sysprep with RBD images
Hello Richard, Thanks for the reply. Indeed this behaviour exists in 1.25.6. Grepping through the source [1], there are a number of files in "./po/*.po[t]?" that contain this message, but I think it's ./src/drives.c where the fail condition is actually detected / set. On line 300 there is an if statement that checks the first character is a slash: if (exportname[0] !=

Same PJSIP username with differents domains
Hi, In PJSIP configuration, I thought that "from_domain" parameter in a endpoint permits to have two SIP peers with the same usernames with a different domain. I've tested at the transport level, I see no changes. I've also tested with realm parameter in auth configuration, it seems to change only the digest auth value during registration. I'm pretty new with PJSIP,
