Low FPS in app that requires DirectX6.1
Hi! I'm trying to run a game System Shock 2 http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?iVersionId=2270 I have a laptop with Celeron M 420 (1600Mhz). SS2 running something about 5-10fps.. opposing for example to DeusEx that runs _very_ smoothly.. I can say it is not less than 50fps or even more(i just don't know how to enable fps counter). passing linux devices to a program in wine
Hi, i'm trying to find out if i could use my webcam in Netmeeting. I can receive video, but am not able to send because wine can't handle this yet. Trying to start Cakewalk Sonar (Music Production Program)
Good Morning im trying to get a program to run which is called Cakewalk Sonar Producer x1. Its a music production software by the way http://www.cakewalk.com/products/sonar/X1-Producer/. The installation runs through but give me some errors at the point where the installer wanted to register some DLL files with the (wine)included RegSvr32.exe The DLL files are programbased and not very typical.

Mouse Cursor drifts in some directx games
Hello, I am currently attempting to run some windows games through wine, specifically Fable - The Lost Chapters and The Elder Scrolls III - Morrowind and I am experiencing problems with my cursor drifting during game play. When I start the game (as soon as the menu screen) the mouse is initially stable, but after I move the mouse it will begin to drift vertically down at a constant speed

I have installed Warcraft III + Frozen throne. I use wine 0.9.6 from Debian. I deleted my old .wine before installing. Rise of Legends video problems
I'm running WINE 1.3.33 (on Ubuntu 10.10 64bit) I've installed the Rise of Legends retail version and that runs fine. The game starts, gives a warning about AGP Texture Acceleration not being enabled, and then ends up with a TINY version of the game screen in the upper left corner of the screen. I can actually almost see the dialogs in the game etc, and when I tried the demo version of
