Test Failure OpenSSH 7.1 P2 on HPE NSE for integrity
Thread split from my previous communication. Here is the integrity logs on
the platform. I had to cut this should due to the length of the logs (5Mb).

ssh-keygen -R is case-sensitive, but should not be
Here is a better patch. Somehow I pasted an older version of my edits:

how to get 3.9 to use RSA1 as default?
Hi,
I am having a problem on some systems that use RSA1 I am asked for a
password even though I am in the authorized_keys file. If I use the "-1"
option then I can log in password-free. How can this be enabled as the
default?
Thanks

Re-using RSA1 keys as RSA
Is there a security issue with turning an RSA1 key into an RSA key? One
might want to do this, e.g., to move to protocol 2 without having to
update authorized_keys files.
I thought there was a problem with this, but Google doesn't find anything.
thanks

the error is not seen in current i believe due to the fix to arc4random()
to call seed_rng() correctly.
is there a way we can reduce the diff in terms of moving function calls
around due to delaying RNG seeding?

RSA1 fingerprinting and privsep
I was looking through the RSA fingerprinting code from a few releases
back, with an eye to being able to close
<http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=111598>. While it
works fine with SSH2, the fingerprint log message goes missing with
SSH1. I eventually realized that this is because auth_rsa() is called in
the unprivileged child, and so can't write syslog messages.

[PATCH] Skip RSA1 host key when using hostbased auth
Hello,
The following patch avoids a warnign message when using hostbased
authentication as root and protocol v1 support has been disabled. The
case for non-root users has already been addressed, but root follows a
different code path.

Problem SSHing to HP ILO SSH-2.0-mpSSH_0.1.0 with 5.8p1
Hi everyone,
We are recently seeing a problem with OpenSSH 5.8p1 and SSH to ILO cards
running SSH-2.0-mpSSH_0.1.0.
This has previously worked with OpenSSH 5.5p1 (last known version for us
to work).
ssh ilohost -vvv gives the following on 5.8p1:
debug1: Reading configuration data /etc/ssh/ssh_config
debug1: Applying options for *
debug1: Applying options for *.*
debug2: ssh_connect: needpriv 0

openssh 6.2
To the openssh community;
I have installed openssh 6.2 on my mac book pro and tried to ssh to a server and the ssh session hangs. The host
server shows that a connection was established but I cannot return a prompt to indicate that I am connected
to the server. Can someone advise?
Thanks in advance
