sshd and consequences of HostKeyAgent
Hello,
I tried to use HostKeyAgent with sshd 6.7 under Linux. That worked for
Linux clients. However, when I tried to connect from OpenSSH 6.2 under
Mac OS X, the server disconnects:
debug2: bits set: 1026/2048
debug1: SSH2_MSG_KEX_DH_GEX_INIT sent
debug1: expecting SSH2_MSG_KEX_DH_GEX_REPLY
Connection closed by 84.22.97.209

There is nothing in /var/log/secure.
Also a diff between the config.h 's without and with --with-ssh1 is
attached.

[PATCH]: Change contrib/cygwin/ssh-host-config
Hi,
the following patch to contrib/cygwin/ssh-host-config creates
/etc/ssh_config and /etc/sshd_config according to the current
default config files. Could somebody please check it in?

Move servers public/private keys to a new host
Is it possible to move a server's public and private keys from one host to
another? Or perhaps a better way to ask what I really want... is it
possible to configure a server on a new host to return the same public key
it did on the old host?
I'm in the process of migrating our CVS server from a Solaris host to a
Linux host (this weekend) and I just realized the hostkey is going to

Configure option '--with-ssh1' breaks openssh-7.3p1
OK, with this additional information I can now reproduce it.
Based on some quick experiments it seems to be triggered when sshd is
built --with-ssh1 and the config does not *load* a Protocol 1 host
key.
Works:
Protocol=1,2 + Hostkey not specified
Protocol=1,2 + Hostkeys for both protocols specified.
Doesn't work:
Protocol=2 + Hostkey not specified.
Protocol=1,2 + Hostkeys specified only for

2.5.1p1 Could not load host key
OpenSSH 2.5.1p1 was compiled on two different Linux machines, both with
glibc 2.2, libz-1.1.3 and openssl-0.9.6. Both had been running 2.3.0p1
successfully. On both, the new sshd failed:
# ./sshd -d -d -d -D

debug1: load_private_key_autodetect: type 0 RSA1

Could not load host key
Hi All,
So I tried to upgrade to 2.5.2p2 today. Got this when I stopped/started
sshd:
Disabling protocol version 2. Could not load host key
Re-installed 2.3.0p1 and all was well again.
This look familiar to anybody?
Thanks,
Jim
