Problem adding user to Administrator list
Hi, all,
We are using Samba 3.0.10 with an LDAP backend.
It's been working fine for a long time.
One strange thing that has come up today : I cannot add 1 specific domain
user to the local Administrator group of Windows servers that are also in
the domain.
Adding the user to the admin group on a workstation works just fine.
Adding other users to the admin group on the Windows servers

OpenSSH + chroot + SELinux = broke
Hello,
First, a big thank you to the OpenSSH devs.
_ /Problem Summary:/
_ Chroot and SELinux don't get along. This affects both the new
(official) ChrootDirectory feature, as well as the older (3rd party)
patch at http://chrootssh.sourceforge.net/.

Question About Dynamic Remote Forwarding
Hi all,
When a client requests dynamic remote forwarding with -R it delays
forking into the background. In ssh.c we see
if (options.fork_after_authentication) {
if (options.exit_on_forward_failure &&
options.num_remote_forwards > 0) {
debug("deferring postauth fork until remote forward "
"confirmation received");

problem connecting to shares from Win7 clients - invalid NTLMSSP_MIC
Domain users using Windows 7 systems lose the ability to connect to
Samba shares. Some users can connect one day but then lose the ability
the next.
When the problem starts to occur the log.smbd displays:

Joining a domain with a non-administrator account
I'm trying to set it up so I can join the domain with a regular user
that is part of the domain admin group. I have a user dsonenberg that
is in the domain admin group(512), but I can't join the domain with that
account. For the record I can login with that account and Administrator
can join the domain. The PDC has an LDAP backend. Here's the log.

HPN-SSH for OpenSSH 6.2
Howdy,
It's been a while since I've made an announcement here but I wanted to
mention that we've just released a set of HPN-SSH patches for
OpenSSH6.2. The release marks the first time I've had the resources/help
to actually do anything more than just forward port the patches in quite
a while.

But I am not yet sure if it works.
