SOCKS5 and UDP
Hi,
Currently, OpenSSH only accepts the SOCKS5 command "CONNECT":
<https://anongit.mindrot.org/openssh.git/tree/channels.c#n1281>
The RFC also specifies the commands "BIND" and "UDP ASSOCIATE":
<https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1928#section-4>
As a consequence, in particular, a SOCKS5 server started with "ssh -D"
cannot proxify UDP packets.

Patch for Socks5 support for dynamic portforwaring?
Hi,
has anybody seen a patch that provides socks version 5 support for the dynamic portforwarding feature?
I?ve seen thats implemented in ssh.com?s ssh version, but
found nothing about openssh.
Only thing i found was a patch to provide socks4a.

socks5 server software?
What is the state of the art for socks5 server software? I need to
replace a very old proxy system. 'Yum search' and google aren't
turning up any clear winners unless '3proxy' is the thing you would
run on CentOS7.

Help connecting to SOCKS5 proxy server with Open SSH
My desire is to form a connection from my laptop running ubuntu to a
SOCKS5 server listed on the Internet. I have read the Ubuntu man page on
OpenSSH client program. The description indicates that I have to connect
to given host name (assumed to be an ip address?) with optional
username. I want the server receive my Internet traffic in SOCKS5
protocol and respond to my computer the requested

[LLVMdev] Changes to the llvm-gcc4 repository.
NOTE: Starting tomorrow (Aug 1, 2006) the llvm-gcc4 repository will
be moved to svn://anonsvn.opensource.apple.com/svn/llvm/trunk. This
is to support tagging and future releases.
I am told if you go to your llvm svn directory you can;
svn switch --relocate svn://anonsvn.opensource.apple.com/svn/llvm
svn://anonsvn.opensource.apple.com/svn/llvm/trunk
Cheers,

Hard(?) lock when reassociating ath with wpa_supplicant on RELENG_7
Hi Sam,
do you know if there is anything done about cbb(4)? I have many
wireless adapters with ath(4), but only the one based on PCMCIA is
making problems on FreeBSD.
I cannot boot my notebook with the device inserted into the port, or it
will render the system unusable (100% load on cbb(4)).
And all I can see is the following:
Jul 12 14:58:39 link kernel: ath0: ath_chan_set: unable to reset

Convert Function Pointer Call to Function Call at the IR Level
Hi,
I want to convert a function pointer call in the IR of MPlayer to a
function call. For example, I have the following line:
...
%10 = tail call i32 %7(%struct.demuxer* nonnull %0, i32 %1, i8* %2) #7,
!dbg !863222
...
I want to set the target which is stored in %7 to a real function called
"demux_lavf_control()" with the following definition:
...
define internal i32
