[lld] RFC: Finding shared libraries on OpenBSD
Hi Mark, If we have to do this, or LLD doesn't work on OpenBSD, I think we need to do this. But can I ask one question? I wonder why OpenBSD systems don't have symbolic links unlike the other Unix-like systems in the first place. Computations slow in spite of large amounts of RAM.
Hi all, I am a beginner trying to use R to work with large amounts of oceanographic data, and I find that computations can be VERY slow. In particular, computational speed seems to depend strongly on the number and size of the objects that are loaded (when R starts up). The same computations are significantly faster when all but the essential objects are removed. I am running R on a machine

LLD and LLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB
Hi all, I recently gave LLD a try and it definitely works fine. However one cannot build it together with LLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB: ELF/Driver.cpp and ELF/DriverUtils.cpp pull in llvm/Support/CommandLine.h which defines the command line options so these global variables end up in libLLVM-4.0svn.so via liblldELF. If this shared library is then linked into bin/lld or bin/opt one gets errors because of

It builds fine but I cannot execute the resulting binary which aborts with the mentioned error. However I don't use LLVM_ENABLE_PROJECTS, I don't know if that changes the way libLLVM-4.0svn.so is linked... Labelling boxplot with fivenumber summary
I am very new to R so forgive me if this seems basic but I have done extensive searching and failed to come up with the answer for myself. I am trying to label a boxplot I have created with the values for the median, upper and lower quartiles and max and min values. I have been unable to do this or find anything on the net to say how it might be done. Is this possible and if so how? Regards,

Recoding variables based on reference values in data frame
I'm new to R (previously used SAS primarily) and I have a genetics data frame consisting of genotypes for each of 300+ subjects (ID1, ID2, ID3, ...) at 3000+ genetic locations (SNP1, SNP2, SNP3...). A small subset of the data is shown below: SNP_ID SNP1 SNP2 SNP3 SNP4 Maj_Allele C G C A Min_Allele T A T G ID1 CC GG CT AA ID2 CC GG CC AA ID3 CC GG nc AA

Help Last windows program
Hey All, I have one final program I need to get working so I can kiss M$ goodbye. The program I use is called PhotoImpact (PI). I have version 7 and a older version 5. I have wine 20050725-r1 installed. All the default settings, no winetools or winecfg used. I'm running Gentoo with 2.6 kernel on a P4 2.8 system with a gig of memory and 160 gig HD. The install both version and they went

ASTCC error on free calls
I set up certain routes in my ASTCC application to be free of charge. When a user attempts to dial one of these numbers, the announcement plays the prompts "This call will cost", "nothing", and then terminates the script, dropping the call, leaving the card locked in the database as being in use. Any ideas? Sincerely, Trevor Hammonds -------------- next

[LLVMdev] int to StringRed conversion
Hello everyone, I have an integer and I want to convert it to StringRef in order to set metadata. setMetadata->(StringRef, MDNode*); It is there a native LLVM way to do it? 1. In the llvm::APSInt Class is toString() method, which seems it is not for this purpose 2. itoa and string are not part of LLVM 3. stringstream is not part of LLVM 4. to_string is not part of LLVM 5. any casting method?

[LLVMdev] int to StringRed conversion
Hi, I think you may try to use llvm::Twine(int). For example, to convert 30 to string, you can use: Twine(30).str() To convert the string back to integer, you can try the StringRef::getAsInteger(unsigned, APInt &). For example: APInt i; str.getAsInteger(/*radix=*/ 10, /*output=*/ i); Sincerely, Logan On Thu, May 2, 2013 at 9:53 PM, Alexandru Ionut Diaconescu <

[LLVMdev] int to StringRed conversion
I think the better solution should be: LLVMContext& C = is->getContext(); Value *values[] = { ConstantInt::getSigned(Type::getInt64Ty(C), *scsr*), MDString::get(C, *"path"*) }; lnstr.setMetadata(*"your_analysis_name"*, MDNode::get(C, values)); So that you can take advantage of the type system of LLVM bitcode, and don't have to cast the integers from/to strings
