[cfe-dev] [GSOC 2018] Mentors and projects needed! Any help appreciated.
Hi Anton, Forgive me for the potentially dumb question -- but how do I do that myself? The monorepo doesn't contain the website source(s) and it's unclear how I can do that myself... I'd love to do it myself but I'm a little lost on how to do it. Help? On Tue, Feb 20, 2018 at 9:18 PM Anton Korobeynikov <anton at korobeynikov.info> wrote: > Dean, > > Please add

[cfe-dev] [GSOC 2018] Mentors and projects needed! Any help appreciated.
Hi Tanya, Is it too late to get some smaller projects for XRay in there? Here's two: XRay Function Coverage Mode: Implementing an XRay mode to gather function call coverage information. This will be useful in determining which functions in an application has been called either on-demand or throughout its lifetime. XRay Converters: Implementing conversion tools for XRay traces into

[GSOC 2018] Mentors and projects needed! Any help appreciated.
All, The LLVM project has had many years of success with the Google Summer of Code project and we would really like to continue our participation. However, without the support of more community members, we fear that we may not be selected as an organization this year. They are already reviewing projects and to improve our chances of participation we need more projects and mentors listed on the

[LLVMdev] [GSoC] Applying for GSoC 2015
Hi all, As a Ph.D. student majored in Software Reliability, I have used LLVM in many of my projects, such as the Anticipating Invariant ( http://james0zan.github.io/AI.html) and some other undergoing ones. Thus, it would be a great pleasure for me if I could take this opportunity to contribute to this awesome project. After reading the idea list (http://llvm.org/OpenProjects.html), I was most

[LLVMdev] [GSoC] Interface layer for optimizers
Hello. Guys, sorry for delay, I thinked about things, overlooked LLVM project in search of a suitable case. I have noticed that at this time in LLVM you actively implement the possibility of automatic parallelization. I am interested in this direction and I would like participate in a project Polly as my GSoC project. I have looked over todo list [1]. I really want to implement "Increase

[GSoC 2018] Improving debugging of optimized code
Hello, I'm an undergraduate student in the CS department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). Last year I successfully completed GSoC with Mixxx [1] and this year I would like to work on LLVM. I am interested in "Improving debugging of optimized code" [2]. I have gone through the kaleidoscope tutorial and I've set up a basic dev environment for LLVM and clang.

[LLVMdev] [GSoC] Applying for GSoC 2015
Thank you very much for all your advices! I'll revise the proposal according to them. To George, As mentioned in the former emails of this thread, I intend to prepare two proposals for the AA project listed in the idea list and the bloat detection project proposed by myself respectively and at most one of them will be accepted by GSoC. Personally, I do prefer the second project since I'm

Hello John, Thank you for your advices and congratulations~ I'll read the code of cfl-aa and Giri first and make the decision of which project to pursue. The choice will be reported to this thread once I made the determination (hopefully within this week). Thanks! [LLVMdev] [Proposal] GSoC 2008 project proposal for improving the llvm-test testsuite
Hi, sounds like a nice project. Some comments below. > *1. Project title:* > Extend the llvm-test testsuite to include new programs and benchmaraks[1], benchmaraks -> benchmarks > and give a web service interface to run a test build remotely. Also, this is not a title, it is a summary. How about calling it: "Improve the llvm testsuite" > *2. Abstract:* > LLVM[2]

Call for GSoC 2020 projects
Hello David, I believe Johannes already answered your questions, but just to clarify the things fully: yes, we are going to submit an application to participate in GSoC this year as usual. I will take care of necessary paperwork and stuff. Currently we're collecting the list of summer projects here and there. It's perfectly fine to have the lists from sub-projects to be posted on their
