custom LLVM Pass with options fails to load
Hi, I'm working on an LLVM Pass plugin and I'm running into a problem when loading it into opt. I want to have a custom option for my pass and added an llvm::cl::opt #include'ing "llvm/Support/CommandLine.h" linking the dependant libs causes the following error when loading it with opt: opt: CommandLine Error: Option 'debug-pass' registered more than once! custom LLVM Pass with options fails to load
Hi Philip, thanks for the quick answer. That makes sense, but when leaving the set LLVM_LINK_COMPONENTS out I get an undefined symbol when loading the plugin: _ZTVN4llvm2cl3optINSt7__cxx1112basic_stringIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEEELb0ENS0_6parserIS7_EEEE which boils down to llvm::cl::opt<std::__cxx11::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char>>,

[RFC] Generalize out-of-tree pass support
Hi folks, I've been working for a few months on a proposal to make it easier to develop out-of-tree passes, and have them linked either statically or dynamically, within LLVM. This includes automatic integration within clang, opt and bugpoint. The goal is to lower the bar for people who develop out-of tree passes: they can maintain their code base in a third-party repo, pick it at config

FYI: Ninja-build user may use CMake-3.9
This is useful for developer who uses multicore builder. https://cmake.org/cmake/help/v3.9/release/3.9.html#other-changes - The Ninja <https://cmake.org/cmake/help/v3.9/generator/Ninja.html#generator:Ninja> generator has loosened the dependencies of object compilation. Object compilation now depends only on custom targets and custom commands associated with libraries on

R window lines limit
Hi, Is the number of lines that can be displayed in R GUI limited? When I do a Fourier Tranform of 4000 data points, I can only see the last 300 or so of it. I need to see all of it. How is this possible? Thank you if you can help! -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/R-window-lines-limit-tp20735974p20735974.html Sent from the R help mailing list archive at Nabble.com.

tranform a table?
hello everyone, i'm new to R, so i hope you dont mind a fairly basic R question. we're using R to manipulate the results of SQL queries and create an HTML output. I'm starting with a table that looks essentially like this: Name Field1 Field2 John value1 value2 Jane value3 value4 My table is stored as a dataframe. I'd like to efficiently produce an

Problem with Polly build
Hi! I encounter problem with Polly build (in-tree, libraries are linked statically). It appeared ~ 2 days agor for first time. include/llvm/IR/Attributes.h:73:14: fatal error: 'llvm/IR/Attributes.gen' file not found #include "llvm/IR/Attributes.gen" It seems that dependencies on IR are not set properly. Prebuffering best practices
What is the best way to pick a prebuffering length for a streaming audio application using UDP transport? I'm using Speex in a VoIP application with RTP transport, currently with a fixed 500ms prebuffer on the playback side. However, I'd like something a bit more adaptive to accomodate high-jitter connections. For example, in one test configuration there is a very low average

[LLVMdev] windows build
Just to clarify - I can build successfully except that the following files are always determined to be out of date by VC++ intrinsics_gen - Debug Win32 X86CodeGenTable_gen - Debug Win32 LLVMOxiliCodeGen - Debug Win32 I just need to start a debug build of llc to reproduce this issue and with cmake generated files. If no one else has this problem, then it might be my environment. Otherwise I can

[LLVMdev] Compilation problem when addind a library
Hi ! Here is the situation. I created a pass in lib/Transforms/Obfuscation. I added a createFlattening() in IPO.h and in my code to be able to use it in PassManagerBuilder.cpp (lib/Transforms/IPO) in the method PopulateModulePassManager() so I can add my pass to standard passes. It all works if I add all my files in the lib/Transforms/IPO directory. But I want to keep them away in the
